What it costs
Priced by the day after a look. Volume and access are what decide it — a jungle at the front where the van can back up is a different price from the same jungle behind a house with a narrow close.
Removal is in the price. If there is a serious volume of hard waste in there, John’s other business, Johns Waste Management, does the uplift side properly and he will join the two up for you.
Common questions
My garden is really bad. Is it too far gone?
No. That sentence gets said to him most weeks and the answer has never yet been yes. He has cleared gardens you could not walk into.
How long does it take?
Most overgrown gardens are one to two days. Really heavy ones with a lot of waste can be three. You get told which before he starts.
Do you take everything away?
Yes. That is most of the work and it is included in the price you agreed.
Can you do it for a house we are selling or clearing?
Yes, and a lot of this work is exactly that — executries, empty houses, and properties being got ready to go on the market.
What about the brambles coming back?
They will try. Once it is cleared, a tidy up or a regular cut a couple of times a year keeps it from ever getting back to that, and it costs a fraction of the clearance.
